This book, my first, was originally published in 2006 by Palm Press and has been out of print for more than a decade. I decided to revise it and print some for my tour of New Zealand that I recently returned from, and I have some copies left.
The original book also contained a CD that overlapped by 1/3 with the contents of the book. Now everything that was on the CD is also textually represented in the book.
